Ramazan Karaca

The Ramazan Collection features remarkably detailed full-figured animals and portraits. Born in 1958 in Türkmen Tokat, a small village near Eskisehir, Ramazan returned to the village after completing a five-year apprenticeship in pipe making in 1979. Ramazan was in partnership with his brother Veli for several years and has been on his own since 1988. He lives in the village and also works the family farm.
