Tekin Gok

The Tekin Collection features a multitude of intricate floral and geometric designs. Relief carved medallions and Masonic and Marine Corps insignia are an important part of the Tekin Collection. Tekin also carves figures and animals with great skill. Natural beeswax is used on some of the bowls to give a rich light brown color. 

One of the younger carvers, Tekin carved for 10 years under the watchful eye of Salim, his relative.  Tekin shows a great deal of talent and continues to challenge himself with a wide variety of interesting subjects. His fine carvings are highly sought after by the high-end collectors.
